All of our products come with a 1-year warranty. If you experience any issues during normal use within this period, we offer repair, replacement, or partial refund services for non-human (non-user-caused) damage.
This warranty is valid during the warranty period and does not apply to misuse or accidental damage. Please contact us if you need assistance.
All products in the Bdesktop Design Shop are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items.
If your item arrives with a quality issue or manufacturing defect, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange — please see the next section for details.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team at support@bdesktop.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.
Bdesktop Design Shop will cover all costs associated with returning a defective product.
Please note: If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date, we may not be able to offer a return or refund.
If you send the product to the wrong address (including returning it directly to the original shipping location without contacting us first)
If you choose cash on delivery (COD) as the return shipping method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your returned product for the refund to be processed.
Your payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at support@bdesktop.com to request a return authorization.
Pack the item securely, including all accessories and original packaging.
Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
